TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREASURY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM INVESTMENT DECISIONS
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR DOWNTIME
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR DATA BREACHES

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or network failures.
