How to cancel Crunch Fitness
To cancel Crunch Fitness, check the Member Portal under Manage Membership; some clubs offer online cancellation there. Otherwise, call or visit your home club. The notice you need before your next billing date depends on your Membership Agreement, and Crunch only refunds inside the state-law grace period or if it missed your request.

Cancel where you pay
Check your receipt or statement for who bills you, then use that route. Cancelling in the wrong place, or deleting the app, can leave the plan renewing.

- Open Manage Membership and cancel, if your club offers it.

- Call or visit your home club and ask to cancel.

Still charged after you cancelled?
- Keep the cancellation confirmation (email, screenshot or letter) with its date. It is your evidence if a charge appears later.
- Contact Crunch Fitness first through the route above and ask for the charge to be reversed.
- If that fails, your bank or card issuer can help. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau explains how to stop automatic payments from a bank account, including telling the company in writing that you have revoked permission.
